RSD were subcontracted by Grange Quarry to supply the concrete for the airport taxiways.
This is specialist pavement quality concrete, high density, high strength, low workability air entrained material placed by paver rather than conventional methods. RSD assisted the client in the design of the mixes used, set up plant to BS8500 standard and supplied 20000m3 seamlessly whilst carrying out testing which has also been passed to the client for their information.
