RSD were recently contracted by Grange Quarry Ltd to supply the concrete for Stobarts Rotherham Biomass Plant.
The job involved supplying 6000m3 of pavement quality concrete which is to provide hardstanding for the plant. We undertook initial mix design for Stobarts developing a suitable laboratory tested mix using aggregates supplied by Grange.
The mix was approved by Stobarts QA department and the job was started and completed within 4 weeks. Here you can see some photographs of the project.
