ScotGrass provides a unique opportunity to not only see all the latest farming equipment at work, but also discuss new ideas and this year it was hosted by the Crichton Royal, Dumfries. It was a well-supported event and the beautiful weather was just the icing on the cake.
It was a working event with a multitude of field plots showcasing the very latest machinery and technologies. The variety in the stand section ranged from machinery to shed builders, to fertiliser and mineral salesman and of course, Grange selling some local home produced Ag Lime!
Grange Quarry had a great day talking to many of its customers and hopefully recruited a few new ones! Our main aim was to promote our Calcium Ag Lime. We spoke to people from as far as Stirlingshire, Ayrshire, South Lakes and Newcastle. It was great to see that people had travelled such a distance confirming the high standard and interest in the event.
Our stand was manned by Stuart, Robbie, Emma and Julie. Emma and Julie who are part of the Sales Team enjoyed meeting many of the their customers. Especially the ones that they normally only speak to on the phone. As they say, “it’s nice to put a face to the voice”.
As you can see by the photos a glorious day was had by all. It’s just a shame the event only takes place every three years.
We’re already looking forward to 2022.
