Established by Grange in 2020, the plant is third party accredited through BSI under Kitemark Licence KM 562490.
This plant is now successfully supplying quality assured concrete throughout the Scottish Borders. The plant is open for business for both collect and delivered concrete, please contact us with your requirements

Grange Quarry
Grange Quarry, is a whinstone quarry supplying high PSV aggregate for the asphalt industry, fill materials, sub-bases and a full range of materials for all purposes ranging from crushed rock fines to Gabion and Armour stone.

Kelhead Quarry
Kelhead Quarry is a limestone breccia quarry supplying CE Certified washed concrete aggregate to Granges Lockerbie and Dalbeattie concrete plants.
This quarry has supplied various forms of cement bound and unbound materials into the road construction, renewables and airport sectors. Kelhead also supplies a variety of fill materials, decorative and drainage stone. A full range of materials for all purposes ranging from Crushed Rock Fines to Armour stone.

Lockerbie Concrete
Lockerbie Concrete was the first depot established by Grange in 2011.
The plant is third party accredited through BSI under Kitemark Licence KM 562490.
We are situated directly next to the A74 just off Junction 17 which allows us to supply all forms of concrete into Dumfries and Galloway, East Ayrshire and Scottish Borders as well as Cumbria.
The plant has an output of up to 80m3 per hour and huge storage capacity for raw materials.
In 2018 we opened our new Head office. Our Accounts, Dispatch and Sales teams all operate from here.
Trade and Domestic customers are welcome. There is also a small variety of aggregates available for collection. These include –
0/25mm Sub Base, 20mm Kelhead Red, 20mm Grey Whin Stone, 20/40mm Type B, Building Sand, WCS, York Cream Chippings, 2/6mm Grit, 10mm & 20mm Sand and Gravel Mix, 0/4mm Whin Dust Lego Blocks – 2 Sizes Available

Dalbeattie Concrete
Dalbeattie Concrete was established by Grange in 2017, the plant is third party accredited through BSI under Kitemark Licence KM 562490.
The mobile plant was purchased by Grange in 2014. It was originally used on major site projects for Stobart Group and IH Brown.
The plant is now established as a permanent static on Edingham Industrial Estate and can supply upwards of 100m3 of concrete per hour.
Trade & Domestic customers are welcome.
There is a variety of aggregate available for collection.
These include –
4/10mm, 0/25mm Sub Base, Washed Concrete Sand, Building Sand, 10/20mm Stone
